What's in my head?
This is my What's in my head project. I really enjoyed doing this project because it let me pick what i wanted to incorporate in this project. For this I used a digital camera to take a silhouette picture, then traced it with the pen tool. This helped me practice using the pen tool and work on my technique with the pen tool. After I traced my silhouette I did a fill of black and used the cutting path to do the hinged for my head. For the objects in my head I used dingbats, pen tool, and basic shape tool. The objects that I used the pen tool with was the princess crown, the Minnie head, the snowman, the cheerleading bow, the diamond, the candy, the shopping, and last the cheerleading. I made the princess crown bigger because that is what is mostly important for me. The Dingbats i used was the cupcake, the lizard, the dinosaurs, the snowflake, and the princess ones. I stayed with pastel colors for those because I like light colors and they are girly. The basic shapes are the stars, for the star I did a regular one and I did a 8 pointed one with the same shape. For the giant heart in the back i used a Dingbat and had all the other objects follow the path, I stayed with the pastel colors with the giant heart because I liked the pink color a lot. I really enjoyed doing this project and learn a lot from it.
